One (Aromatic) Ring to Rule them All: MOR/DOR Ligands as Improved Therapeutics
In this talk, we will discuss three key steps in pharmaceutical development: drug design, organic synthesis, and pharmacologic testing. We will walk through the hypotheses that were tested in these steps, highlight places where we have been successful, and point out limitations that still need to be addressed before this new class can progress toward clinical trials.
