Without counsel plans fail but with many advisors they succeed. [Proverbs 15:22] For this reason, I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline. [II Timothy 1:6-7]

What does it mean to be a mentor?

A mentor in the Â鶹ӳ»´«Ã½ Alumni Mentoring program supports students to grow academically, personally, professionally and vocationally. Mentors help students more fully explore their chosen field, guide the integration of classroom knowledge with workforce experience, and assist students to gain a better understanding of service and vocation.

A Mentor guides the learning experience while the student takes the lead in scheduling the time and interaction.
